Philippine commandos have stormed the bus with 15 Chinese tourists held hostage by a former policeman, ending the 11-hour standoff in Manila. Eight of the hostages have been confirmed dead. The gunman has also been killed in the storming. The operation started with police firing on the bus' tires to immobilize it, then using hammers to smash windows, doors and windscreen. They were forced to withdraw after a series of hunshots rang out from inside the vehicle, but renewed the storming later.

1. When hostages were released by the hostage taker, no-one questioned them on what is the situation, they were just sent to the hospital for treatment.
2. The 3 official in charge went to a nearby restaurant to have dinner, leaving no-one able to make decisions and had to be called back when the situation turn worse.
3. The bus has TV showing what is happening outside, the hostage taker saw his brother arrested on TV and this is what cause him to start executing hostages.
4. Some hostages were handcuffed, including one to the front door which made it difficult to enter.
5. Once he executed the first person, he was rushed by 2 hostages, the first was shot and killed, the second dove into a seat, he was later shot and pretended to be killed and manage to survive. He was interviewed in the documentary.
6. There was a special ops team at site but the official choose not to use them and instead sent the local SWAT, who are the ones you see failing.
7. After multiple failures, he sent the spec ops who tear gassed the bus, causing the hostage taker to flee to the front of the bus where a sniper shot him.
8. There was no plan on what to do with the injured victims after the hostage crisis, a few were turned away by hospitals they were rushed to.
Außerdem, hab grad 'ne Schueßel Eis so nebenbei gegessen und ganz unterbewußt die ganze Zeit reingepustet, weil ich's vom Suppe essen gewoehnt bin. Hab erst nach 'ner Weile gemerkt was fuer ein Bloedsinn das eigtl. ist.
Wobei mich das Modden meist schon so frustet, dass ich keinen Bock mehr habe... allein schon weil dann Mod XY nicht mehr da ist und was weiß ich...

Hab inzwischen aber auch keinen Bock mehr drauf, irgendwie. Vorhin mal nach Mods geguckt und dabei sind mir sehr viele nervige Sachen wieder eingefallen.
